Terms and Conditions for Studio and Office Rental

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please carefully read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Studio Condition

  • Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. All equipment and props must be returned to their original places, and any trash must be disposed of properly.

 

2. Booking Time

  • Time Slot: You may only be in the building during your booked time slot. There is no additional time allocated for setting up or tidying the studio after your session, so please plan accordingly.

 

3. Restrictions

  • Prohibited Activities: No cake smash, paint powder, or any other type of shoot that will create a mess is permitted.

  • Care with Equipment: Please take care when setting up and putting away lights and other studio equipment.

  • Noise Levels: No loud music is permitted in the studio to respect others in the shared building.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours before your booking.

  • Rescheduling: We understand that things can happen unexpectedly, so you may reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.

 

5. Entry Information

  • Confidentiality: Entry details to the building will be sent to you the day before your booking. This information is strictly confidential and must not be shared with others.

 

6. Respect for Shared Spaces

  • Respect for Others: The studio is in a shared building, so please respect the other people who may be working or with clients.

 

7. Safety and Security

  • Cameras: There is a security cameras in the hallway for your safety.

 

8. Liability

  • Damages: Any damages to the studio or equipment during your rental period will be your responsibility and may incur additional charges.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio.

 

9. Compliance

  • Rules Adherence: By booking and using the studio, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional fees or termination of your booking.

 

Office Hire Terms and Conditions

10. Office Condition

  • Cleanliness: The office must be left in the same condition it was found. All desks, chairs, and equipment should be returned to their original positions, and any rubbish should be disposed of properly.

 

11. Booking Time

  • Time Slot: You may only access the office during your reserved time slot. Please ensure you have adequate time for setting up and clearing the office space within your allocated booking time.

 

12. Facilities

  • The office includes access to movable desks, seating for up to 4 people and 1 standing, a large TV screen for laptop tethering, WiFi, tea and coffee-making facilities, and parking for one vehicle.

 

13. Restrictions

  • Use of Office Equipment: The hirer is responsible for the proper care of all office equipment, including desks, chairs, and the TV screen.

  • Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to respect others working in the building.

 

14. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel and receive a refund up to 24hours before your booking.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your office hire up to 1hours before your scheduled time.
